1. Definition of Service
"PWR DAO Portal" is the governance and operations interface for PWR Node License NFTs operated by Dcosmos PTE.LTD. (the "Foundation"). These Terms apply when users invoke Solana on-chain instructions, hold/transfer NFTs, or participate in governance via this site.
2. Investment Risk Disclosure
PWR Node License NFTs carry volatility, liquidity, technical, and regulatory risks. See Risk Disclosure for details.
3. KYC / Sanction
Use of this site requires KYC Tier 1 attestation and clearance against OFAC/SDN/PEP sanction lists. Users consent to the Foundation collecting and processing their KYC data (it is not outsourced to any external KYC vendor).
4. Class B Lockup
Class B (Strategic Partner) recipients are subject to a 12-month transfer lock from receipt (enforced on-chain). Released after expiry via unlock_node.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Foundation is not liable for losses arising from Solana network outages, RPC failures, or downtime of third-party services such as email. Users are solely responsible for managing private keys (lost keys are unrecoverable).
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Singapore law. The courts of Dcosmos PTE.LTD.'s registered jurisdiction shall have exclusive first-instance jurisdiction.
