Cost Minimization — Lazy / Batch Claim

Instead of a per-node on-chain claim every quarter, rewards accrue off-chain and holders batch multiple epochs into a single claim whenever they choose. → On-chain TX count drops from (nodes × quarters) to an occasional single claim per holder.
